(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to some typographical error, the name of petitioner No.2 has been mentioned as 'Gurwirinder Singh' instead of his correct name, i.e. 'Gurwinder Singh' in the memo of parties in this petition and he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one with correct and better particulars.
