Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that he limits his prayer in the present writ petition and would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to consider the case of the petitioner and decide his representation dated 24.04.2017 (Annexure P-11) in view of the orders passed by this Court in CWP No.637 of 2017 titled as "Yog Raj V/s State of Punjab and others" decided on 25.11.2019 (Annexure P-14) in a timebound manner. Notice of motion.

Ms. Maloo Chahal, DAG Punjab and Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Advocate, who have joined the session through video conferencing, accept notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 & 2 and 3, respectively. In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the parties and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 - the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Amritsar - to consider the case of the petitioner and take a decision on his representation dated 24.04.2017 (Annexure P-11) sympathetically in view of the orders passed by this Court in a similar case being CWP No.637 of 2017 titled as "Yog Raj V/s State of Punjab and others" decided on 25.11.2019 (Annexure P-14) expeditiously, in accordance with law, and in any case within a period three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Disposed off.
