ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.809 dated 28.09.2017 registered under Section 406 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Karnal, District Karnal. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the orders dated 21.12.2017, 21.02.2018 and 25.04.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation.

Counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner has submitted certain documents showing the information received from Air India as well as the guidelines of the RBI to the Investigating Officer.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Manzur Ali, assisted with counsel for the complainant has, however, opposed he prayer for bail on the ground that the recovery of US Dollars is yet to be effected from the petitioner.
