(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 226, dated 27.08.2018, under Sections 363, 376, 343, 420, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Patran, District Patiala.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 27th November, 2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and the marriage has also been solemnized between the parties. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well. Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Buta Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 27th November, 2018, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
