(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.807 dated 18.08.2018 under Sections 323/498A/506/377/34/354-A IPC and Section 376 (added later on) and Section 354-A being deleted, registered at Police Station City Sirsa, District Sirsa. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 02.11.2018 of this Court, the petitioners have joined investigation.

Criminal Misc. No. M-48296 of 2018 -2the complainant states that at this stage, bills are not in the possession of the complainant, as the same were handed over to the IO. However, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mukesh Kumar, submits that the bills were never handed over to the IO. She does not dispute the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no more required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 02.11.2018 is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating agency and shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. September 03, 2019 ( HARI PAL VERMA ) AK JUDGE Whether speaking / reasoned?
