In the occurrence on 22.1.2016 at around 1.25pm in a Barber shop, the petitioner-accused is alleged to have given kirpan blows on the left hand, left elbow and left knee of the injured complainant-Rahul Sharma.
At the time of hearing,counsel for the petitioner-accused has produced a copy of the MLR of injured which reveals that there are four incised wounds including one at the base of the wrist which has been opined to be grievous in nature.
The nature and manner of inflicting injuries does not warrant grant of anticipatory bail.
Dismissed.
