(the aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in Virtual Court) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner, who retired as a Principal, asserts that his pension has not been correctly revised and that infact his notional pay is required to be fixed as `67,700/- and his pension is required to be worked out accordingly.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although he had served the respondents with a legal notice dated 5.2.2020 (Annexure P-5) but no action has been taken thereupon. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Director of Secondary Education, Haryana and to respondent No.4-Accountant General, Haryana (A&E), Plot No.4-5, Sector 33, Chandigarh to look into the matter and to dispose of the legal notice dated 5.2.2020 (Annexure P-5) in PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.08.18 17:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In case, anything is found due to be paid to the petitioner, the same be paid within a period of one month therafter. Complete details of the dues be also furnished to the petitioner.

A copy of this order alongwith copy of legal notice dated 5.2.2020 (Annexure P-5) be sent to respondent No.2-Director of Secondary Education, Haryana and to respondent No.4-Accountant General, Haryana (A&E), Plot No.4-5, Sector 33, Chandigarh so as to enable them to do the needful expeditiously.
