Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2, to issue supply of ration FPS/ID, in view of order dated 11.10.2023, Annexure P-1, restoring supply of ration to depot holder-petitioner, despite of deposit of new security amount, Annexure P-2.

State counsel has placed on record a xerox copy of an affidavit dated 02.09.2024 (in vernacular) executed by the petitioner, wherein he has deposed that he wants to withdraw the instant writ petition. Affidavit is taken on record. Copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner. 3.

In view of petitioner's affidavit, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
