**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 87 dated 19.4.2018 registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna, Khanna, District Ludhiana under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B IPC ad Section 4 of POCSO Act.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 11.6.2018 and the mother of the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail. The counsel further submits that investigation is over and challan has been presented. The counsel also submits that the victim was with the petitioner for almost three months and they had got married and the couple had approached the Court for protection. The counsel further contends that in the bail application filed by Maya Devi, the victim had appeared and had stated that she had gone with the petitioner on her own. Investigation is over.
