The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the impugned order dated 21.09.2021 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hisar whereby an application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the respondent herein was allowed.

During the interregnum, as per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Hisar, the main divorce petition already stands allowed vide order dated 30.07.2024. In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
