For the reasons mentioned therein, the same is allowed and delay of 64 days in filing the present appeal is condoned. FAO-3268-2019 (O&M) 2.

The present appeal has been filed by the appellant-Insurance Company aggrieved from the quantum of compensation awarded by the Tribunal concerned vide the impugned award dated 14.11.2018. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that since the compensation awarded by the Tribunal vide the impugned award has already been disbursed in favour of the claimants and the execution already stands decided vide order dated 11.01.2021, hence the instant appeal has been rendered infructuous.
