(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.75 dated 13.07.2015 under Sections 420, 406, 380 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Bahavwala, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 13, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 13, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
