The present appeal pertains to the year 2005. None has been appearing on behalf of the appellant since 04.12.2008. 2.

Vide order dated 19.01.2024 notice was issued to the appellant. As per the Office report, the sole appellant does not reside at the given address.

The said address is the only address available in the memo of parties and in the award passed by the Tribunal and the same is the one on which the notice was sent. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 5.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
