Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 09.02.2016 as well as order dated 10.12.2015 and the alleged statement of petitioner dated 10.12.2015.
Notice of motion was issued and learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 8 appeared. At the time of arguments, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the main case has already been decided and the present petition has become infructuous.
