Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 0140 dated 07.07.2016, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Kaithal (Section 326 IPC added later on) (P1) as well as cross version case (P2) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 02.05.2019 (P3). Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars.
