Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has unfortunately died and even petitioners have also died and no one on behalf the petitioners has contacted the counsel so far, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to revive the same in case, any of the grievance of the petitioners still survives. 2.
