Learned counsel, for the petitioner, at the outset, has pointed out that due to inadvertent mistake, certain incorrect annexures have been annexed with the writ petition. He prays for permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, on the same cause of action with better particulars.

Mr. Navdeep Chhabra, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, appearing for respondent No.1 and 2, has no objection thereto. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars, on the same cause of action.
