Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the orders dated 19.12.2006 and 26.03.2007 vide which the private respondent Nos.3 and 4 were granted deemed date of promotion to the post of Senior Lecturer w.e.f. 31.08.2000.

Learned State counsel states that the aforesaid orders became ineffective as fresh orders were passed, which the petitioner did not challenge. 3.
