**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing of the notice dated 07.05.2019 (Annexure P-4) under Rule 8(6) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 (in short 'the Rules'), vide which the property described in the notice of the petitioner has been put for e-auction for 10th June, 2019. A further prayer for issuing direction to the respondents to maintain the status quo with regard to the immovable properties (sole residential property), has been made.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently certain relevant documents could not be appended along with the writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars. 3.
