Only grievance of the petitioner is that its suit i.e. petition under section 13-A of the Punjab Village Common Land Act, 1961 pending before the Collector, Yamuna Nagar has not been decided despite lapse of considerable time. As advance copy has been supplied to State counsel (Ms. Shubhra Singh, Additional A.G. Haryana) we intend to seek her assistance. At the outset, she submits that matter is fixed for hearing on 09.09.2020 before the concerned authority and it is likely to be decided on the said date. In view of above, no further adjudication is necessary. Petition is disposed off.
