Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if a direction be issued the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-3) in a time bound manner. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within one month on receipt of certified copy of the present order.
