2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Admittedly, petitioner was arrested and later on he was released on regular bail pending trial. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial court on 15.1.2015 for the reason he had wrongly noted the next date of hearing as 5.2.2015. He further submits that when the petitioner attended the court on 5.2.2015, he came to know that non-bailable warrants had already been issued on 15.1.2015. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned trial court that if the petitioner surrenders before the said learned trial court within a period of one week from today, moving an appropriate application, the learned trial court shall consider the same by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law and also keeping in view the peculiar facts of the case. Disposed of, accordingly.
