Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Article 21 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioners seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 1 to 5 to protect their lives and property at the hands of respondents No. 6 to 13, who have illegally and forcibly tried to take possession of land of the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 9.11.2017 (Annexure P6) to Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dakha, but the same remained unattended till now.
Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Punjab, is directed to look into the representation dated 9.11.2017 (Annexure P6) and take required action, if any, as per law.
