It was submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to face trial.

Vide order dated 18.2.2016 notice of motion was issued for today and it was directed that in the event of petitioner surrendering before the trial court within 10 days ,he shall be released on interim bail by the trial court to its satisfaction.

CRM-M 6124/2016 At the time of hearing today,learned counsel states that in terms of the order dated 18.2.2016 petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 26.2.2016 and was released on interim bail. The said fact is not denied by the learned State counsel. In this view of the matter, interim bail granted by trial court vide order dated 26.2.2016 pursuant to the order dated 18.2.2016 passed by this Court is confirmed.
