***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against him vide FIR No. 181, dated 9.7.2018, Police Station Adampur, District Hisar, under Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act.
Learned State counsel, upon instructions from SI Baljeet, has informed that despite specific directions having been issued by this Court to the petitioner to join investigation, he did not come forward to associate himself with the investigation.
