ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash their disqualification to act as Directors under Section 164

(2) (a) of the Companies Act, 2013. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to reactivate their Director Identification Number and permit them to continue as Directors of any Company.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Civil Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action in the High Court of territorial jurisdiction i.e. Delhi, as this court lacks the same.
