Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice 06.08.2024 (Annexure P9) served by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
