This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 20.05.2024 passed in CWP-11852-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents' states that the appeal filed by the petitioner since stands decided vide order dated 13.06.2025. He has supplied a copy of speaking order dated 13.06.2025 passed in the appeal filed by the petitioner, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. A copy of the order dated 13.06.2025 has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

In view of the speaking order, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
