Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 06.02.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Judge, Special Court for Heinous Crime Against Women, Hisar in an appeal filed under Section 29 of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2.

In view of the order dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.
