Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 117 dated 30.6.2017, registered under Section(s) 420 IPC at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that FIR has been recorded on incorrect facts because the petitioner had assured grandson of the complainant a job and he had arranged the job and letter of appointment (Annexure P2) was got issued. But the grandson of the complainant did not join the job and petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Having considered the fact that as per first information report, the amount was received for sending grandson of the complainant abroad and appointment letter (Annexure P2) does not serve the purpose in any way.
