This is application for cancellation of anticipatory bail allowed to respondent No.2 by Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad. Heard.

Respondent No.2 was allowed bail vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad in case bearing FIR No.353 dated 05.09.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 506 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code (for short-IPC) registered at Police Station Old Faridabad. As per status report filed by the State, the offences under Sections 467, 468 and 471 IPC were not found to have been committed by respondent No.2 and these were deleted from the FIR and challan against him has been filed in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sachin Mehta 2018.05.14 17:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought cancellation of bail of respondent No.2 on the ground that respondent No.2 has committed forgery by opening bank account in the name of company and fabricated the sale of the property of company in favour of his wife. As the charges for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468 and 471 IPC were held as not proved during investigation, the matter is before the trial Court. The petitioner may pursue his remedy before the trial Court by producing evidence in support of his contention. No ground for cancellation of bail is made out. Dismissed.
