(ORAL) Petitioners herein, inter alia, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to execute/register the conveyance deed of the plot measuring 500 sq. yds. in the residential colony of respondent No.2 in their favour.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that qua their aforesaid grievance, petitioners submitted representations dated 28.03.2021 and 03.06.2021, Annexures P-13 and P-12 respectively, but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition.

Mr. R.D. Gupta, Advocate, on advance service, joins proceedings and accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2-Society and seeks time to file reply.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that let an administrative decision is taken, either way, by the competent authority VANDANA 2021.07.28 16:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

on the pending representation dated 03.06.2021 (Annexure P-12), giving reasons thereof.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner as per representation dated 03.06.2021 (Annexure P12) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of two months from today. In case a favorable decision is taken, it is expected of the respondents to proceed further for the needful viz. register the conveyance deed, in accordance with law.

Disposed of accordingly.
