Ajay Tewari, J (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.192 dated 09.08.2017 under Sections 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 341,506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station, Mullana, District Ambala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been in custody for more than one year and no useful purpose will be served by putting him behind the bars.

Learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions from ASI Naresh has accepted these facts. Be that as it may and keeping in view the above facts and the period of incarceration already suffered by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to release the petitioner on regular bail to the satisfaction of the concerned CJM/ Illaqa Magistrate/ Duty Magistrate.

Ordered accordingly.
