NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from DSP Pritpal Singh of Vigilance Bureau, Sangrur, submits that after passing of the order dated 16.11.2013 (Annexure P-1), by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur, the matter was further investigated and cancellation report has once again been presented before learned Court below.
