Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that two FIR Nos. 632 and 633 dated 28.11.2018 under Sections 409, 420 and 120-B IPC, have been registered at Police Station Model Town, Rewari, on the basis of enquiry reports dated 24.07.2017 and 08.08.2017 (Annexures P-1 and P-2, respectively) conducted by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rewari. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
