*** Learned State counsel submits that out of 11 witnesses 10 witnesses have since been examined. In that way the trial is likely to be concluded in near future. Further more, the recovery involved amounts to commercial quantity.

Hearing this statement, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the petition. Though he submits that a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial by giving short adjournments preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in the Court.
