**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the State has produced detailed Marks obtained by the petitioner, in sealed cover. The same has been opened, perused and on comparison with cut off 189, the petitioner has obtained 175 marks (160 in written examination and 15 in interview), therefore, has not been able to come within the zone of consideration. In such circumstances, no cause of action survives in the present writ petition and accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
