On the instructions of ASI Pawan Kumar, it has been informed that the petitioners, who could not be arrested from the spot in a case registered on the basis of a secret information, have joined the investigation. It does not appear to be a case of custodial interrogation as recoveries have already been effected.

On asking of the court, it has been informed that the petitioners are not involved in any other case of similar nature. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 19.2.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. April 12 ,2016 ( M.M.S.BEDI ) TSM JUDGE
