Petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against respondent No.5 for making forcible attempts with the help of recovery agents to take away the vehicle of the petitioner. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner only prays for the relief that representation dated 08.08.2018 (Annexure P-1), moved by the petitioner-Sukhwinder Singh, be considered and he does not press the other relief asked in this petition.

In view of above, Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur is directed to look into the said representation and take such action as may be warranted in law.
