Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by learned Sessions Judge, Pathankot, in case FIR No.117, dated 04.06.2021, under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 315, 316, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Shahpurkandi, District Pathankot.

As the bail was granted by learned Sessions Judge, Pathankot, the petitioner has the remedy of challenging the same before the same Court.
