This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.170 dated 05.10.2016 under Section 120-B, 177, 182 and 419 IPC, at Police Station Civil Line Bathinda along with any other consequential proceedings registered against the petitioners. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Jaswinder Singh, submits that petitioners stand acquitted vide judgment dated 19.01.2023 passed by the court of CJM, Bathinda as such the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
