Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner under Sections 302, 341, 34 IPC at Police Station, Sadar Samana, District Patiala vide FIR No. 182 dated 12.10.2013 in which petitioner has been summoned to face trial under Section 319 Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order 12.1.2015, petitioner has already surrendered before the trial court and has been released on interim bail.
The aforesaid contention is not controverted by learned State counsel.
In view of above, the interim order dated 12.1.2015 is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. The petition stands allowed in aforesaid terms. (Rajan Gupta) Judge March 27, 2015 BB
