Keeping in view the satisfaction shown by the Court below and in the light of the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and to bring about amity and goodwill in RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.04.08 16:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



   the society coupled with the fact that offences are not of serious nature, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.66 dated 10.07.2014 registered at Police Station Lambra, District Jalandhar under Sections 457, 380 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
