*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) This is an application filed by the wife with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of the petition filed under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, bearing No.GW No.67 of 2021, titled as "Chetan Sharma vs. Charu Sharma" pending in the Family Court, Amritsar, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at SAS Nagar Mohali.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the parties have come to a consensus and they jointly pray that the proceedings be transferred to neutrally consented place i.e. Ropar. Hence, the petition is allowed.

The petition filed under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, bearing No.GW No.67 of 2021, titled as "Chetan Sharma vs. Charu Sharma" pending in the Family Court, Amritsar, is ordered to be
