(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to conduct fair, impartial and speedy investigation in FIR No.41, dated 12.02.2020 under Sections 307, 323, 324, 325, 326, 506, 148, 149, 201 IPC, Police Station Moti Nagar, Ludhiana and take action against respondent Nos.4 to 7.

Issue notice of motion.

Mr.Hittan Nehra, Addl.A.G.,Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Heard.

In view of the short prayer, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition at this stage with a direction to the Investigating Agency to investigate and submit the report, as the case may be, before the concerned Court in accordance with law preferably within two months from today.
