**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of respondent Nos.3 and 4, who are harassing the petitioner at the behest of respondent Nos.5 to 14. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner already stands arrested and thereafter released on bail. In the light of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous.
