This is a petition moved under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.4 to 7 and seeking further direction to the official respondents to decide the representation dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-1), within a time bound manner.
