This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.86 dated 18.7.2014 registered at Police Station Sadar Sunam, District Sangrur for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

I have heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that as per the prosecution version, the Director, Food Supplies during the year 2013-14 had allotted Markfed Agency to M/s Jai Ganesh Rice Mills, Ubhawala road, Sangrur and the Markfed had stored 91,402 bags weighing 31,990.70 quintals of paddy and receipt was given by Sunil Kumar. As per the prosecution version 24,864 bags of paddy weighing 8,702.42 quintals of paddy of the price of HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2015.01.20 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-739 of 2015 [2] `1,50,31,289/- was found missing and the owner of the Mill had committed breach of trust. The first bail application has already been decided.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offences and the fact that the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation, I do not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
