The petitioner is a resident of village Indergarh, Tehsil Indri, District Karnal. It is his pleaded case that the Government, with the aim to prepare the proper official record, is getting the layout plan of the abadi of various villages. Subsequently, after identifying the individual ownership, the conveyance deeds are planned to be executed in favour of the owners. He claims that some of his property has been wrongly entered in favour of the Gram Panchayat son of Ram Chander. He further claims that he has already made a representation for making corrections therein, but no action has been taken so far.

Keeping in view the facts of the case, it is considered appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with the directions to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, to look into the matter and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of one month from today.
