(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners.

Heard.

On asking from the petitioners, who are present in person, they told that they have not received any threat from any corner except respondent No.6, cousin brother of petitioner No.1. Despite his threatening, the petitioners have solemnised the marriage, therefore, it is evident on the record that petitioners are not under any fear or threat from any corner, including respondent No.6.

Hence, the petition is dismissed.
